Incense Supreme will ship your orders within 24 to 48 hours from the time you purchased any of our herbal incense products. All orders within the United States are shipped through USPS and sometimes by FedEx.

Our online ordering system has been made more efficient such that you will be able to track your shipment through your customers account. We will also send you an email to ensure that you are well aware of the status of your order and your shipment. 

Quick delivery

At Incense Supreme, we strive to serve every customer efficiently so we make sure that your orders are shipped within one business day. However, your location as well as your herbal incense order will also determine the shipping time. Please coordinate with our customer service if you are ordering wholesale and require an oversized package.

What to do in case of damaged packages?

  • Inform the shipping carrier of the damaged goods
  • Notify Incense Supreme of the damaged shipment within 24 hours of receiving the goods
  • Prepare a list of the damaged shipment and take photos of the damaged goods and email the said information to us at support@incensesupreme.com

Once we get your email, Incense Supreme will get in touch with the shipping carrier. Once the shipper has picked up the damaged goods and it has been inspected, then replacement will be made.

Returns & Replacements
 
To maximize customer satisfaction, we accept product return and replacement provided all of these conditions are met:
  • We have committed a mistake in the shipment of your order
  • The product is found defective upon receipt
  • This is done within a seven-day period
  • The product remains unopened, unused and in good condition

Herbal incense products that have been used or opened will no longer be accepted for return or replacement.
